Although aesthetics is mainly the goal when people start working with me, I always say that developing discipline through controlling your diet and training is the best thing you can do for your mental health. Looking good is just a nice side effect! There will always be good months and bad months, good days and bad days, good workouts and not so good ones, perfect diet days, and not so perfect ones. I'm here to help and encourage, I'll never shame you for falling off plan, this is life. Your fitness journey should only be ADDING to your happiness. We're not here to give you a prison sentence!
