Diet is a daunting area for many. I'm here to de-mystify it. I often find doing a macro based diet offers a nice amount of flexibility. However that doesn't work for everyone. I have several approaches to help make the most out of your life, diet, and training. We're all individuals with unique experiences and lives, what works for one wont work for all, through communication and experimentation we will dial in on what works for you.

People often view dieting as an all or nothing approach. Thats not sustainable. Depending on your goals there may be times where discipline is necessary to accomplish the task, but for the long haul, allowing freedom and enjoyment while still making progress is the key. Life is about balance, and how you eat is no different. Of course, this is case dependent.
